When will my pack arrive?
Instantly! All our products are online so once you've made an account and checked out you can start practising right away with your username and password. There is no book or hard copy pack to deliver. All of our practice material is online, accessed through a username and password. This means that you get access online instantly after checkout. You may wish to print off parts of your practice package which is absolutely fine and will allow you to practise offline.
Can I see some free samples before I buy?
Certainly. Each individual test page has some free samples and you have to go to that specific page to see the free samples. For example, the free numerical tests are on the numerical page. There are also some on the other pages such as the verbal, inductive, diagrammatic, logical, situational judgement, in-tray, error-checking, critical thinking pages etc. Just navigate to the type of test you would like on our website and look for the free samples.
We also offer a free trial if you'd like to try us out.
My test isn't working properly
This maybe to do with the internet browser you are using. Our tests are compatible with about 99% of internet browsers but if you have trouble, one of these solutions usually fixes it:
- Try a hard-refresh of your browser. Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard. Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
- Try loading the test in Incognito or private browsing mode.
- Check your add blocker or virus checker software. These might be blocking access to our resources.
- Try upgrading your browser to the latest version.
- Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
If, after trying these, you are still getting issues, please contact us and we will be able to solve it.
Will the tests work on Mac?
Yes, and Linux and Windows. And tablets and mobile. In fact anything that can load webpages will load our tests. All AssessmentDay tests run using HTML5 technology and therefore run on any browser and any operating system including smart phones and tables. This includes Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Chrome.
How difficult are your tests / what level of job are your tests for?
The style and format of all employer ability tests are standardised and consequently our tests will almost certainly be of the same style and format. What does vary between employers and roles however is the difficulty. The difficulty of our tests spans from graduate scheme level to senior management level. If you are applying for something like a director's position at an accountancy firm, you will have to face the most difficult tests available and you will find our practice are easier than your real test. For most jobs however, our tests will cover the level of difficulty you will face for real.
Where do you get your tests from?
Most of our questions are written by the same chartered occupational psychologists who write the real questions used by employers. The remainder are written by our in-house team after dissecting real employer aptitude tests. Either way, you can be sure of the accuracy and relevance of the practice tests contained on our site.
