Procter & Gamble Application Process Stages
P&G's application process for graduate positions is highly structured and consists of several stages. Here is a breakdown of each stage:
Stage 1
Online Application | The first step of the application process is to submit an online application. You will be required to fill out a detailed application form that includes personal details, academic background, work experience, and any other relevant information. The application form will also require you to answer a questionnaire that will ask about the specific skills that make you suitable for the role. |

Stage 2
Online Assessments | There are two types of P&G online assessments you could face. The PEAK performance assessment and the interactive assessment. PEAK Performance Assessment: This assessment will take around 20 minutes to complete. You must answer every question and the questions will focused on analysing your behaviour, interests and attitudes by asking how you'd respond to particular scenarios. The questions will be either multipe-choice or require you to rate how true/untrue a statement is. The PEAK performance assessment is a cross between an SJT and a personality test. Interactive Assessment: This assessment will take a little longer, around 30 mins, but unlike the PEAK performance assessment, once you answer a question and move onto the next, you cannot go back. The Interactive Assessments is deisgned to help P&G learn more about your reasoning skills. These assessments are a mix of basic maths equations, spatial reasoning, and diagrammatic reasoning. Here is an explanation from P&G about the types of questions asked in the Interactive Assessment. *We do not have basic maths style questions in our bundle pack, but diagrammatic reasoning and spatial reasoning questions are included |

Stage 3
Virtual Interviews | After completing the online assessment, successful candidates will be invited to participate in a virtual interview. The virtual interview is conducted through a pre-recorded video interview platform or by a phone call, where you will have to answer a series of questions. The questions may be related to your work experience, your strengths and weaknesses, and your motivation for applying to P&G. The purpose of the virtual interview is to assess your communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a team. We use a combination of behavioral-based and situational interviews to get to know the real you. P&G interview questions cover what makes you tick and what have you achieved so far, and help us learn more about your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role. Based on the requirements of the role, you may also be asked some additional questions specific to the type of work you may be doing in your first role at P&G.- P&G |
